The flexibility of the ABS
production line is achieved through two Casting Lines:

Ingots cast ,
by bottom pouring, on mobile or fixed plate as round, square, rectangular and polygonal sections; |
 |
From continuous casting as round, square and rectangular sections. |
The choice of the most suitable cycle
is made by feasibility department and, therefore, upon order, taking into consideration the final use and the relevant technical specifications of supply.
At that moment all the procedures for correct manufacturing and product quality assurance are defined, according to the standard cycles stored in the company's computerized system, which controls their fulfilment and feeding during production, up to the final test.
Products obtained in this way can be used either as raw material or can feed the following working phases, starting by rolling process.
