Description
We are able to supply forged products in a vast range of sizes and steel grades. Likewise, this flexibility is applied to the finishes, which are tailored to meet our customers’ requirements. In fact, we also supply raw or turned forgings, either in their natural state or after heat treatment. Our Danieli Breda automatic forging plant processes carbon steels, case hardening steels, steels for quenching and tempering, hot creep-resistant steels and martensitic stainless steels.

TECHNOLOGY
We produce forgings on our Danieli Breda forging plant, which consists of a 2,500T, two-column vertical push-down press and two 20/40T rail manipulators.
Considering the different final uses of the material and thanks to this innovative technology, many different types of steel can be processed, such as: carbon steels, case hardening steels, steels for quenching and tempering, hot creep-resistant steels and martensitic stainless steels.
